Dear members

This Marlboro precancel has a type which is not listed in the PSS software. It also has an inscription on the reverse side. Is it a fake or what?

Best regards
A. Lundholm

This is in the PSS catalog as PAA-2 in Appendix II. It looks like a precancel but it is "Precancelled After being Affixed" - so not included with the 'regular' precancels.
