Hello.
I am asking if someone can assist me with identify these two stamps postage due stamps with the pre cancel listing numbers.
The first is a Cincinnati, Ohio classic. I know there are different varieties of designs, however isn't it more common with the Cincinnati double line. I have only seen the solid lines, not spaces between below. Is this a common design with the postage due stamps?
The second one is a "Kansas City Mo" without a dot after the letter "O". I had seen the forum a past discussion pertaining to Kansas City pre cancel and a guest showed an identification listing with dot after "O". Since this is missing the dot. Is their a listing in these circumstances?
I appreciate any comments and assistance. Thank you in advance.

Top is Cincinnati L-3 cv 0.20 - common on postage dues.
Bottom - there is a PSS 205 NP and 205 WP both common.
