Hello All
The stamps on this cut rectangle partial are #248 but one of them is cut in half.
I can not find a listing for it, such as, "diagonal half used as 1 cent on cover" .
My book is somewhat older so if someone has a scott number and value for it I would appreciate the informational help.

Hi HTx; These are often found among cuban stamps(fractional usage)or bisects.They are more valuable on cover...
