I would like some info on this cancel. What does it mean ? Is it rare ?Any info that you have would be great.

West Division Station. Not particularly rare. Noted used 1875-77 in Leonard Piszkiewicz's "Chicago Postal Markings and Postal History", an excellent book for any local postal historian.
