Picked up a large collection of foreign stamps (lots of Japanese Animation sheets) and many individual stamps. Usually I am able to research stamps and get a pretty good idea of what I have and the value... but not having much success with this one. It's a French Antarctica stamp but not perforated and counter stamped. Any help appreciated.

Trainwreck is correct. Many FSAT stamps exist in an imperforate state in their issued colors, but they are not valid for postage. Imperforate stamps in other colors are color trials.
