Bought a nice little wooden cigar box of material last month that smelled very pleasant upon opening. It seemed stronger among some of the glassines and I tracked it down to this souvenir sheet from India.

ebay say it does put out a sandalwood fragrance. You don't even have to "scratch 'n sniff," just sniffing is enough.
Sorry I can't give you a Scott number to look for because it's too new for my catalogs, but if someone has the catalog number/value available, that would be great.
