Am in the middle of a total auspost mess.

Ordered mailing stamps on 24th May & 31st May 2017 at a cost of just under $400.

1st order arrived with right invoice but all the wrong stamps. With auspost conformation I sent the stamps etc back.

2nd order arrives with wrong invoice and stamps. With auspost conformation I sent the stamps etc back again.

To this point have had two case numbers and 4 phone calls. One auspost customer service person said that she will follow this case to the end and did not. Another auspost customer service person said that the two wrong orders would be fixed by the end of the day and did not.

Received a resend from auspost and found out last night it is a resend of an order the is not apart of my complaint. It is a resend of a received order from the 6th May 2017.

So am waiting to contact auspost today being the 5th time. Now a new case number etc....30mins more till auspost contact.

You'd think they would be more careful with that large an order.

Any reason to buy from Aust Post?...curious.
Have you considered emailing Dealers Aust Wide seeking discount stamps
You may cut your mailing costs in half.

Yes Rod I do use some older issues with gum at 70% face.

It is my kiloware buyers. Like one from the Netherlands who pays around $120 a go for mail and wants the latest and greatest.

On the phone to auspost for over an hour. One of my returns has gone missing and no tracking number in the auspost system.

So auspost has narrowed it down to me or my hostile privately owned LPO that has ripped off the system and stolen the returning stamps. Sad Hey!

So have officially put in a complaint that our LPO has not put a tracking number into the system and that we also loose a lot of mail out going.

They know it is not me. As from today all complaints about my LPO will be looked at for any abnormal patterns in the complaints.

After a legal person?at auspost looked at my complaints history auspost has is now treating the missing stamps very seriously.

The resend today of the wrong order had a value greater than any of my missing orders.Have been totally polite and answered all questions peacefully. There is more but I just think I need to be careful.

It was like in a court room at times. It makes me wonder if they have the ability to tell if someone is lying over the phone or not. Would love to know for sure.

Onwards we go.....

Did a search on "can a computer tell if you are lying?"

Looks like it is happening. Lots of people trying to get a computer to do this.

One comment said that a computer has 80% accuracy but most people are personally trained to detect if someone is lying seems to be the norm and it is found that they are around 80% correct. But most like to be able to see you eyes.

Did a search on the Australian Tax Office with this lying issue. Processing bulk dater from all places we spend money etc is there way but they did not say they do not use a computer to tell if you are lying.

But the computer will become a full on lying detector if not now but to long into the future.
