Announcement on APS website:

As noted in the piece, a sign of things to come . . . Is this a one-off development or will this be the norm going forward? I belong to both organizations, but I can't justify (to my wife?) attending both shows when they are separate, so I look forward to this combined event.

Very good news, so looking forward to this next year, wasn't able to attend Stampshow the last time Columbus hosted a few years back due to work issues conflicting.

Apologies for the delay in responding, I am back from NTSS and we are hosting Summer Seminar in Bellefonte.

I am working with the ATA and other organizations to try and make the summer show a larger show for the hobby. Traditions being what they are in the hobby, it is a process. We started the discussions with the ATA nine months ago. Now that we've accomplished one show in 2018, we will turn our attention to 2019 to try and build on that success.

The 2018 show should be great for APS and ATA members and hope to see a great gathering of stamp collectors in Columbus.
