In 1985 Bulgaria issued 4 stamps commemorating the European Aquatic Championship in Sofia.

One of the stamps (Mi 3383) had the stamp text and face value printed inversely which affected the synchron swimmer's routine and basically also gave it an inverse impression. The stamp was corrected (Mi 3383K).

Can anyone tell me whether the first stamp was withdrawn and when the corrected stamp was issued ?
