I cant identify this revenue in my Scott Specialized Catalogue and thus am a bit leery of tossing it because of its horrible condition:

R107 is the second issue stamp in blue and black. Your stamp is the third issue R137.

Or you can put it on ebay and put the starting bid at three times catalog. Be sure to label it as fault-free. With all the stamps like this on ebay lately, no one will even notice.
