Just added these stamps to my collection and wanted to see if anybody knew any information about them. Not sure what their use is. Maybe passport stamps? Or some kind of control stamp? The stamps from Zaire have computer printed serial numbers. I don't know what credence that lends to that theory. I just love how they have both regular perforations as well as rouletting.
Any ideas?
