Does anyone have an imag of where the USPS microprinting can be found on these issues? I know that some have the microprinting and some don't, but I am unsure where to look for it. Thanks!
Hi sport. I may have the wrong stamp because you did not give a Scott number. But look at the top of the flag where the blue field changes into the top red stripe!
