Hi there,

In the image below, there are a couple of lines in the 'd' of Canada. Does anyone else have any copies of this stamp showing this mark?

Interestingly, the colour in this copy is slightly washed as well, particularly on the left side of the stamp.

The lines running into and out of the "d" are normal, but the reverse check mark is not.

The check mark is probably the result of some foreign matter on the plate during printing and is a "one-off' error and not a constant variety.
