First Stamp.  3rd Stamp. Japanese fiscal (revenue) stamp. Registration Tax 1888-1898 5th Stamp. Some sort of Red Cross charity seal (needs to be rotated clockwise 90 degrees... a lighthouse) |

Rod, the "lighthouse" is Florence Nightingale with a lantern I believe!

Well, I think it is that famous photograph where she is seen walking in the battlefields with her lamp, looking for wounded.
At least I remember the story from when I was a lad in school.
But then again, it could be a lighthouse - the picture is not overly clear.

Unfortunately neither of your Penny Black stamps come from plate 11. Both look like they come from the earliest plates but the scan is not the best... but not plate eleven anyway. |
