I cannot find the following stamp in the Scott 2009 Volume 3 or 2015 Classic Specialized. It appears to be similar to Sc#s 25-28, but no 2pi on 40pf is listed. Is this an omission in Scott that would be listed in a Germany specialty catalog?

I was indeed lead to believe that the PARA overprint was for Sc 13-20 and that the PIASTER overprint was for Sc 25-27. Thanks for the clarification.
