Help Identifying Stamp And Value

I just came across the stamps on the back of an old photograph in a Frame. I'm hoping someone can tell me what it is and maybe what the value is.

The stamps have more value stuck to the picture than on their own. On their own they have minimal value.

The stamps were obviously used to pay tax on photographs. Any of several revenue stamps intended for other purposes could be used; there was no specific stamp for photos only.

The amount here is odd, I think, unless there is a shadow of a missing (1c) stamp next to these. I think the proper rates were 2c, 3c, 5c depending on the cost of the photo.

The tax was repealed sometime in 1866 so your photo dates from before that.
