In the US, we'd call that stamp unused. Mint is as it comes from post office. I see traces of gum, hinges, and perf stains on the back. Centered into design left side. Probably a percentage of catalogue.
In GB, "mint" means currently or previously mounted, but with original gum. This one has just a few vestiges of gum, so is closer to what we call "unused" (without gum). The 2014 Stoneham (which is a price guide somewhat closer to dealer pricing than Gibbons) lists a mint Plate 215 at £33, so work down from that.
