I keep seeing auctions indicating value associated with the presence of the line along with the stamp. Can you teach me the significance, if any, and if it adds value. I have some samples I've been working on below. I believe they are Scott 300 and 301.
There is no significance. This is normal - several posts have been talking in the past few weeks about this. Search this forum for red line or green line! Also, in the introduction to the Scott catalog is an explanation.
