Assistance On This Stamp And Info On Sites Please

Good day,
Currently I am using Stamp World and (20130207) Not allowed by the Staff to troll for info and have been fairly successful to date. There are those few that seem to frustrate me like the one I have attached. Info seems elusive and I am 2 seconds shy of purchasing a new laptop as this screen is about to break .
Could somebody point me towards a few more decent sites? The more the merrier!

Bean, two items are pointing to what that "stamp" really is. First, the written cancel and second the words stamp duty. This is not a postage stamp but a revenue stamp and as such will not be in a stamp catalog.
