priatel,
As I mentioned, people want to get a cert for two purposes:
1. To make sure that it is genuine to get a peace of mind. If you are buying the stamps, usually a big auction firm is a very reliable source. You are entitled to get a cert if you question the genuineness of any stamp you win from the auction firm. If it proved to be counterfeit, the auction firm will allow you to return it (depending on their terms and conditions).
2. To assure a potential buyer that it is genuine.
If your purpose is 1, you can just post the scan of your image here. We can help you first. If not sure, I can also ask my friends in big auction firms to help. Of course, for some items, we need to see the real stamp to make a call. But most of the time, we should be able to get an answer.
If your purpose is 2, then just consider the 3 services I mentioned. BPA is the most well-accepted service and its China department is led by Jefferey Schneider from Interasia and joined by Neill Granger from SPINK , which are considered as the ultimate authorities in China stamp community by many people.
I attached the link of BPA, and their price table for your reference.
