Thank you for all your help.. I do have about 20 of these and yes they are overprinted/stamped with KONTRELL-STEMPEL on many of them.

I will catalog in my collection now. Any value on these?

So, what was the stamp FOR? Some sort of revenue? But with no obvious indication of denomination?
