it look blurry, the ink looks streaky, is this unique or fairly common?
Its not a scan error either!

Maybe a fake?

What something is worth means different things to different people.

Of course there is catalog value.
Auction value.
Personal value.

I would not tell someone it is worth less than normal.

Perhaps it could be stated worth less than the catalog value.

I like the appearance of this stamp!
