R15c, one of the most common 1st issue revenue stamps. Your example appears to have sulphurized. A light gentle treatment of hydrogen peroxide might restore the true orange color. Worth well under $1, so may not be worth the effort.
Thank you revenuecollector, it may be common but it's an elegant stamp I think, I'll keep this as is and grab another orange copy, I think it was the color that threw me! Cheers
