Dan here. I've enjoyed philately since age 8 or 9, so that makes over 60 years. I collected Japan, Germany, and the US, and have sold all but the Japan to help pay for my sons' college tuition. Having done that, I began to buy and break down collections to sell as a hobby. I sold on the APS sales division for many years and have switched over to ebay (ddaannv) which continues to give much enjoyment. I still work full time so this is definitely a hobby for me. I sell some US but enjoy more handling world-wide stamps including classics on up to more recent topical sets. I bought from Greg Manning until they went out of business and then Regency Superior until they recently went out of business. I hope I'm not a jinx to the next auction house!
