The first one is in arabic and the second something Asian..

Hi Sobo,

The top stamp is actually in Turkish rather than Arabic.

It's an Ottoman five para Cigarette Papers revenue from 1916.

The picture is upside down.

The bottom stamp looks to be from Taiwan but I don't what it is.

Maybe a tax-paid label?

I think, if the page is translating correctly, the second is a ~~Taiwan~~ Revenue - Huazhong anniversary stamp?

I guess then it's a Republic of China stamp from the time before the government retreated to Taiwan.

I believe the lower stamp is from Manchukuo, although without a value perhaps it is a revenue stamp or a Cinderella.
