Here's another Mt. Egmont, New Zealand stamp. This one was issued by private courier Pete's Post.

From their website, "Pete\'s Post is a postal brand within the New Zealand Mail Group postal businesses. Pete's Post began back ion 2001 as an alternative postal network and from its small beginnings in regional North Island cities and towns, Pete's Post grew to be one of the most recognized postal brands in New Zealand."

The stamp is inscribed "Mount Egmont/Taranaki." Mount Taranaki is the name by which the volcano is known by the Maori people.

This stamp of private mail courier Fastway Post New Zealand Ltd. depicts The photogenic Mitre Peak. Mitre Peak is located close to the shore of Milford Sound, South Island. At 1683 meters (5522 ft.) of deeply sloping stone, it has always been a challenge for climbers.

From Wikipedia: "The distinctive shape of the peak in southern New Zealand gives the mountain its name, after the mitre headwater of the Christian bishops."
