Hi all

I have this pane of Narcotic Tax Stamps, wondering what I should do with this pane. I have another pane that is perfect centering, with original gum (OG). Really have no interest in this pane.

Might make a trade, but first I need to establish some sort of value for it.

Does anyone have any idea how to achieve a realistic market value, to be used as trading value?

Thanks

Stampmaster

Hi,

Assuming that what you have is Scott RJA42b, rouletted 7 on watermarked paper, then you're looking at a value of about $50 (200 * .25).

These panes are not too hard to come by, and I doubt that you could find someone willing to pay a premium for it.

So, it's real, market or trade value is probably $25 to $40, but if you stick it up on ebay you may it sell it for far more.

Jim

These are mint, so they cat $1.25 each, not .25. Eric Jackson asks $250 for a sheet. His prices are fairly high, but getting $150-$175 on ebay seems very possible; it's all in finding someone who wants it.

Hi thanks for all information received.

I expect I'll just assign a trading vale at $75.00.
