I do not think the tool is as intuitive as it should but I have had no issues with it. What specific problem do you have?

1. uploading
2. optimizing
3. downloading

I click on optimizer it opens in a new page but the green bit just keeps saying loading!
I'm using chrome browser but windows 10 updated last night....could this be the problem?

It does look like something has changed. I also see "loading" and using Chrome/Win 7.

Yes, not working on mine right now (Firefox). Same issue ... "Loading".

It's working now. That was my fault.

I had the settings page open for editing and was posting on the coin forum. The wrong window had focus when I started typing. So I inadvertently uploaded the settings page with half a CCF post screwing up the works.
