Strange Cancellation On German Stamp

Please help to identify this cancellation on Allied Occupation stamp. It seems that I've seen somewhere similar cancellations before. Is it just a joke?

I do not have a full example to show. But it is a slogan to look out for Potato beetles(Kartoffel Käfer).

Google for: Stempel mit kartoffelkäfer

You should find some examples.
