The right one is from Travancore, one of the Indian States. Really, it looks nothing like a Chinese stamp to me.

The Chinese stamp is Scott: 1L137 1950- Mao and conference Hall types of the PRC

As mentioned by perf12, it is a PRC stamp. Need a bigger picture to tell it is the original or reprint.

Thank you very much for the information. It is most certainly 1L137 and checking it closer, it is a reprint. My apologies for posting the wrong picture. It was a botched post.
