Your first one is Albania SG216, one of a 1927 issue to celebrate the president's 2nd year in office.

The second one looks like Baden, one of yer German states. It could be SG2, as the paper looks yellow. There is a stamp on orange paper but yours looks more yellow to me.

The top stamp is from Albania, issued in 1929, SG 260, Scott #239.

Your 2nd stamp is from Baden, issued in 1851, maybe SG 3.
