thank you Steve, well I have seen a lot of them with Republica overprint, but none in green?

about the China / Japan overprint: I had a second look under loupe and it must be read upside down, then I can see:

First line:
...EL. or ...E1. and then TSU or TGU or TGU

Second line is clear:
TOKYO
