The wording across the top of the 1st stamp (IKA) means Greek Social Security. Some sort of revenue stamp. Several variations can be found on ebay.

The 2nd and 3rd stamps are Bulgarian. The 4th stamp might be Bulgarian (in focus would be helpful). The 5th stamp is Russian.

The second one (4) Kingdom of Bulgaria issued in December 1921
The third one (5)Kingdom of Bulgaria issued on July 18, 1918
The fourth one (6) Georgia/Soviet Republic issued in 1922
The fifth one (7) Russian Socialist Federal Soviet Republic (RSFSR)issued August, 10 1921

The Greek Social Security stamp is basically a receipt for Social Security contributions.
Greek workers were issued a Social Security book and the relative amount of stamps were stuck in the book next to the entry for the monthly contribution.
The system was in place until a few years ago, am not sure if its still applicable though
The photo below shows a typical example:




The first two lines show the applicable dates for the contribution
The third entry notes the amount of working days
The fourth entry notes salary earned during the period
The fifth entry notes Social Security contributions - equal to the stamps pasted on the relevant entry on the opposite page
