I found this One Penny Cape of Good Hope metal stamp and it s hard to get some info about it. Could someone help with the valluation of it? Its stamped 999,9 HH on it and its weigh its about 3,5 grams. I think its silver covered with gold, but no ideia. I want so sell it in the future.

It's a gold plated replica stamp. It has zero philatelic value. Unless it is a full-sized silver ingot (which this one does not appear to be), it has virtually no precious metal value either. The layer of gold is only a few microns thick, probably only 10-20 cents worth of gold metal value, if even that.

By way of reference, I turned down an opportunity to buy several hundred of these on first day covers for 30 cents each... even with the ginormous commemorative binder they were housed in thrown in at no charge.

There is almost no market for these now. Collectors in the 1970s and 80s got taken to the cleaner by The Franklin Mint and other subscription clubs that charged $6-15 each plus shipping/handling.
