Hello all,

I inherited a stamp album from my father that was full of mint mid- 20th century stamps- I will be posting a lot in the next week to try to indentify and value the stamps etc.. I found this FDC and was wondering what the value would be.
26th June 1978 is when issued.

Thanks in advance

Jamie

These FDC turn up regularly on ebay and are valued from 75p to £1.50 if they ever sell.
Anything FDC from late 70's onwards will probably not sell as they are worth pennies rather than pounds.

Expect around face value for your mint stamps... if you are lucky.

Probably not a whole lot. You can answer your own question by checking places like ebay or Delcampe

Feel free to post your father's stamps. What he has in his collection will be in lots of other collector's albums including mine. Even if the monetary value is not great, the philatelic interest always outweighs the cash value.
Anything mid century in his collection might include some higher values such as 10/- or £1 ? These are worth another look in case something exceptional is there.
