I scanned the stamp in question, compared with a regular one. Is this a common error? Does it worth more? At StampWorld" site, a variant with a missing number was mentioned. Maybe this is the counter variant.
Unusual, but yes, that is an error. It is overprinted twice and we know there has to be at least one whole sheet like this, if not more. A very collectible variety. And by the way, now we know where your missing number went! Peter
