I'm not sure if it's a revenue cancellation or a coincidental postal one.
I see 2 T's, one darkened and the other hollow.
Other revenue stamps of that time didn't use an overprinted "T".

Thank you. So what can it be? The end of the word "post"? I don't remember such big font in postal cancellations.

It's probably part of a slogan or symbol in the cancel.

"T" for Tito! or simply a prefix PTT before the cancel.

It is part of slogan in cancellation mark for a weekly news paper "tedenska tribuna". Just google it and see picture od that design. It was used in city of Ljubljana.
