1886 U293 Grant Letter Sheet, without watermark, 83 perfs across, green on creamy white.

What other varieties are there, I see what is Listed in Scott, just wondering if there are others out there.

The U. S. 19th Century Stamped Envelope catalog from the UPSS further breaks out the listings by gum shape (on the flap) and the guide perfs (which assists the user in folding the lettersheet into its proper shape). Also watermarked and unwatermarked.

Oops, my original posting has an error in it.

Should have ended with "Stampmaster" instead of "Stampmast"!

Please excuse my error, sorry!

Just thought I'd add this to the post. A stock certificate of the company who patented the Grant letter card. American Bank Note Co. actually printed both the letter cards and the stock certificate.

Greg Alex, very nice. I've never seen this before.

Do you have any idea what a sealed postal card is?

Also I can click on your image to enlarge it, how is this done? Is it something you add when replying?

On some of my posting, the ability to enlarge it would be good, but have no idea how to do this?

The Grant lettersheet *is* a sealed postcard. This is the only product the company produced.

As for the enlarged picture, I simply posted a fairly large scan. The forum automatically downsizes it for the topic. Then when you click on it, it expands to full size.
