Any suggestions about the identity or nature of the stamp on the right? The one on the left is Scott #RB12b.

Thanks. The back, like the front, shows no evidence of green paper to the untrained eye, so probably not the sun.

The sun can bleach the paper as well as the ink; if this was on a package in a store window for a year or two this could happen.
