The one on the right is better. Slightly larger margins, cancel with year-date, used from an identifiable place - Atlanta before Georgia left the Union for the civil war. It has a story tell. The one on the left is completely plain.
Neither. They are both U9s. As to which is more collectable, depends on your interest. The one on the left is cleaner with a more easily viewed design; the one on the right has more postal history connotations.
