Found this amongst some stuff I picked up last weekend at an auction, most of the stuff I had, There were a few gems, but this I didn't see until now!
Its the first time I have seen the seals used postally and the hand stamp to explain the reason. a Nice type 111 machine stamp too!

What makes this cover even more interesting, is that Fifth Avenue in Chicago is an out of place oddity.

I particularly like the auxiliarly marking notice stamped on the back regarding the damage to the envelope.
