You should take a good photo or scan of the reverse of the stamp and place the yellow or orange paper below the stamp.

Just like stampmaster said.

Best would be to place another non-bluish stamp of the same issue next to it.

Hi all, for myself I would never think its going to be a non bluish until after I make a right and proper examination!

Just saying, thinking from an old stamp collector who has been down the same road many, many times.

Make a right and proper examination.

Good luck

Here is a link that Don posted on another forum that shows how you can identify bluish paper.

Hi bobone, I'm sorry what I said on my last posting.

You said "I think it's going to be a non bluish". I should have respected what you said.

You have given up on finding out, OK, I agree with that and respect your decision.

Disregard all my ideas on how to determine or aid in determining what you have.

So what are you going to do with this item now?

Hope you will forgave me.

Hi stampmaster,, thank's for all your input.. One of the reasons why I'm thinking it's not #364 is that this is dated a full year & 2 days before the EKU date.. I don't have plans for this cover and I don't see any monetary value in it. I'll add it to my pile of other covers for further revue...

Hi bobone, as a one finger typist I figured you meant something like review.

I do the same thing, I've had simple stamps to identify, but for one reason or another just could not get my pick up points in the right order. I keep a page in my stock book for problem identification stamps or cancels.

One cancel took me over one year (was stationed in England at the time), perhaps it might have had something to do with the beer or birds.

Hi bobone, could not have been me, as I've never sold a stamp.

Good luck.
