Is it satisfactory to store the Eclipse SS in my sheet album? I have been reading about problems with proper storage of this item.

I would think (or be of the opinion) that as long as the stamp is not overly exposed to light, (ultra or other) high humidity, or significant temperature changes that the stamp would fare well over time. I purchased a sheet for my collection and will be cataloging & placing in my album soon. Since the album is stored in a relatively static environment I do not expect any degradation. CAVEAT: I would suspect that continuous activation of the thermographic might degrade the effect somewhat. (case in point is one of those mood cards for seeing how stressed one is - they will degrade if used often or left exposed to light) jmo

Thanks. They are in my sheet album, protected from light heat and humidity.

Scott's may be adding new categories along with MNH and Used, "Unheated" and "Unlit".
