Looks to be a #20 Type II, from Plate #12. It seriously wouldn't surprise me if someone buys it!

If you look at his sold listings, he made well over $100 on selling lots of stamps from October to November 2017. He dropped the price on that stamp to $9.99, but had no buyers on that one. It never resurfaced on his auctions, so I guess it went in the trash can.
