The following photos are the final two stamps, from a recent acquisition, that I just cannot ID.
The first is RA12 with what appears to be a 40 overprint on a 30L. I do not find this in my Scott catalog. Is this an error or maybe a listing in another catalog that does not show in Scott.
The second is Scott 167 again with an overprint that I could not find in any of the BOB listings.
I appreciate your valued opinions.
Thanks Paul
