Looking at the Stanley Gibbons Commonwealth for Fiji, I see there is a #59 with perforation 11 x 11.75 6d. However, Stanley Gibbons only lists "50.00" in the unused column. What is the used value?
Stanley Gibbons does not know, because there is no reliable information on which to base its value. If you read through the General Philatelic Information at the beginning of the catalogue, you can find lots of pertinent and interesting information. In this case, a blank or dash in the value column denotes that the item exists, or may exist, but no market price is known. You should assume that the stamp shown is SG 59a (Bright rose).
Scott catalogue covers early Fiji very poorly. It lists the basic 6p stamp as #43 and the heading of the set states that the perforations vary 10 to 13-1/2 & compound - no help at all.
My guess is that your used stamp would be valued at approximately 25 to 50% that of the mint value. If a town and date were distinguishable, the value would be higher.
