Just print on the stamps!

It doesn't come through on this large image, but that magenta handstamp is absolutely miniscule to fit in the margin.

Google finds a couple of old-timey "H. N. Mobse" people but I don't think that any of them are this guy.

(Though I'm sure that you already tried that.)
