The US 20th Century Fancy Cancel Database has just been launched by Stamp Smarter. Have a look:

It's still very, very early times with this database which attempts to include little-known cancels to ones scattered over many collecting references. Much has never been photographically recorded. It's intended to not only provide a reference but also a gallery of images for browsing.
