There are several FDCs for this issue that are over the top and fun to collect. I enjoy picking up this stamp in discount postage and using it on mail to friends and family. I always write under the stamps, "Yes Fred, YOU can!" Hilarious that this stamp accuses the recipient of being a drunk.
