my first one!

It actually came in a lot of 1908's I purchased for 2.50 so a lucky find I think!
perfs seem to be between 15 to 15.5.

So I go to specialized....and now I am overwhelmed!
Help please!

Is it worth much?

So I've been looking at it and I think it is type V?

Yes, Type V, Scott #24. Probably worth around $10, $15 on a good day.

@Laurie 02, I agree Type 5, Scott number 24.

But, I really like your stamp, of course just about every stamp from this era could be better, but all in all, taking everything that I can see, I think you have a real keeper.

I'm into cancels, always looking for great cancels, but your stamp the cancel does not get in the way of your stamp!

Great Stamp.

There is Catalog value, their is personal value, and then there is market value. To me (my opinion only) your stamp has personal value which is not measured in dollars.

Love the stamp Lawrence! I never judge stamps by their CV. That is not what stamp collecting is about.
